The facilitation engages key stakeholders of the organization toward recognizing intercultural dynamics and developing actionable steps toward positive change.
Workshops are designed based on the overall goals of the organization and desired outcome(s) for the specific workshop. More specifically, the aim is to increase learning and insight around race, racial, and social issues broadly and as it pertains to the specific organization’s culture, and develop a path toward racial and social justice.
